In entrepreneurship specialization, the emergence and dynamics of the new business are analyzed as the primary mechanism of innovation and economic development. In addition, the principles of drawing up a business plan, the main characteristics of start-up entrepreneurship, modern forms of entrepreneurship, the structural elements of the business ecosystem and the conditions for the business venture's success are presented.
The graduate will be able to:
- Understand the business concept, the importance of entrepreneurship, and the environment in which it develops.
- Analyze the process of innovation and creativity using methods and tools and apply a methodological framework for developing business models in real businesses.
- Analyze the stages of the business process: conceptualizing a business idea, evaluating a business model, creating a business plan, finding resources and forming deals, choosing a sustainable growth model, and exploring exit strategies.
- Realize the new challenges that a manager will face.
