Specializations
Business Administration
In the specialization of Business Administration, the course program focuses on developing the students' strategic and innovative thinking to approach and deal with operational and strategic problems. Approaching the business as an open system, the main characteristics of its internal and external environment, the components of strategic planning and business policy, the principles of effective organization, leadership and management of people and their importance for realising objectives are analyzed.
Entrepreneurship
In entrepreneurship specialization, the emergence and dynamics of the new business are analyzed as the primary mechanism of innovation and economic development. In addition, the principles of drawing up a business plan, the main characteristics of start-up entrepreneurship, modern forms of entrepreneurship, the structural elements of the business ecosystem and the conditions for the business venture's success are presented.
Accounting and Finance
The Accounting-Finance specialization presents the basic principles of accounting, the analysis of accounting statements and the financial planning of business activity. In addition, the basic principles of analysis of financial and investment problems in modern business are presented.
CURRICULUM
To receive the master’s degree, seventy-five (75) credits (ECTS) are required. All courses are compulsory, each of them corresponds to 6 to 8 credits:
